We collect information you provide directly to us when placing an order (such as your name, WhatsApp phone number, delivery address, and occasion details) and standard analytics data to optimize site performance.

We use the information we collect to communicate with you about your orders, fulfill custom return gift requests, provide customer support, and improve our store experience and delivery.

3. Cookies & Analytics

AA Gifts uses cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use our website and to make it better. We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (which may record how visitors click and scroll on pages), Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Ahrefs analytics. These tools may set cookies on your device and collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and time spent. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and the website will still work.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We use a few trusted services to run our website and serve you. Tawk.to provides our live chat, so anything you type in the chat, such as your name, phone number or message, and your IP address are handled by Tawk.to. Google, Microsoft and Meta process analytics and advertising data as described above. When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. We share your name, phone number and address with courier partners only to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.

5. AI Gift Ideas (Our Gift Finder)

Our website has a free AI Gift Finder. You can speak or type what you need, for example the occasion, your budget and how many guests. To suggest gifts, your words are sent to Google's Gemini AI service, which reads them and picks matching items from our own product list. We save your words, the city and state your internet connection reports, what the AI understood, which gift sets were shown to you, and whether you marked the suggestions helpful. We do this to improve the suggestions and our stock. We do NOT save your IP address, and long numbers that look like a phone number are removed before saving. Please do not type personal details such as your phone number into the gift finder; use WhatsApp for that. If you would like your saved requests deleted, contact us using the details in section 10.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep enquiry, chat and form details for up to 24 months so that we can follow up on your gift requirement and serve you again. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as needed to meet accounting and tax rules, including GST. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion Requests

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email contact@aagifts.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 88384 26307 from the number you used with us, and tell us what you need. We will reply within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as tax invoices, if the law requires it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

8. Children

Our website is meant for adults placing gift orders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you think a child has shared details with us, contact us and we will delete them.
